Nothing too much trouble, thanks very much for a really good stay. The staff is competent here, the services are very good, and location is peaceful so close to Kadoura and Hosny two great restaurants. The breakfast choices are above average and reasonable with local & international dishes.

Everyone was friendly and helpful! The has it`s own charm! No comparison with the usual international hotel chains, that do not have much of a personal atmosphere. The food was good and cheap.

I really enjoyed its stunning and beautiful location!
It was a very nice experience. The staff were consistently courteous and amazingly nice and provided good service. Location: the hotel was close to train station. Easily reached Sultana, located within easy walking distance of the venue, had lunch/dinner there.

The rooms were perfect and fabulous, the service incredible, and I enjoyed a great breakfast at a nearby restaurant within walking distance of the beach.

None. Old, tired, expensive and a waist of money. Simply "Not Sheraton".
The room is as big as cigrate match. Tooooooooooooo small. The pillows are washed cotton. The bed spread is torne and dirty.

The view and the small private beach
Everything was 100% right and the small beach brought us some nice little shells.

The Business centre was very slow to provide internet service to my room. Always come up with execuses, they were busy, the staff forgot to send someone to give me the connection IDS and Password, and many other execuses.
